The bottom of the certificate carries the names of the three institutions responsible for “accueil” certification followed by the signatures of their heads:

• ICC (International Language Network), Hamburg, Germany
• accueil Language Centre, Hotelfachschule Thun, Switzerland
• Test Centre running examinations in question
