Certificates are awarded to candidates who pass a minimum of 60% of the total number of modules forming an examination set:

• Certificate “Waiter / Waitress”: 3 out of 5 modules
• Certificate “Assistant Receptionist”: 4 out of 6 modules
• Certificate “Receptionist”: 8 out of 12 modules
• Certificate “Tourism Staff”: 8 out of 12 modules
• Certificate “Middle Manager”: 8 out of 12 modules

Candidates below this ratio receive written evidence of achieved modules.
