Certificates are awarded to candidates who pass a minimum of 60% of the total number of modules forming an examination set:
- Certificate “Waiter / Waitress”: 3 out of 5 modules
- Certificate “Assistant Receptionist”: 4 out of 6 modules
- Certificate “Receptionist”: 8 out of 12 modules
- Certificate “Tourism Staff”: 8 out of 12 modules
- Certificate “Middle Manager”: 8 out of 12 modules
